The Omni Metalcraft Power Belt Conveyor features 6" high side rails and is shipped complete with controls, providing a versatile means of handling a variety of products throughout your facility. It is ideal for applications in assembly, sorting, and inspection. The conveyor includes 6" high side rails to prevent cargo from falling during movement and has a dimension of 3-1/2" D x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed with a black friction surface PVC belt. Permanent adjustable leg supports allow for height adjustments from 34" to 38" H. The standard belt speed is 60 FPM (non-reversing) and is powered by a totally enclosed 1/2 HP, 115/230V, 60 Hz single-phase motor. The conveyor comes with an 8 ft. power cord and an on/off switch for 115V use. Key features include crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" dia. shafts, a 2-1/2" dia. snub roller, 1.9" dia. return rollers, and pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. Reversible conveyors and replacement parts are available. Optional features include a variable speed motor (12-60 FPM) upgrade for greater flexibility, and a horsepower upgrade to increase capacity. The load capacities, uniformly distributed over length, are as follows: for a 12"W belt, standard 1/2 HP supports 250 lbs, optional 3/4 HP supports 500 lbs, and optional 1 HP offers higher capacity; for a 20"-24"W belt, the standard 1/2 HP supports 160 lbs, optional 3/4 HP supports 390 lbs, and optional 1 HP provides increased capacity.
