The Omni Metalcraft Power Belt Conveyor is shipped complete with controls and is designed for versatile handling of various products across your facility, making it ideal for assembly, sorting, and inspection applications. The conveyor features a robust 3-1/2" D x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed with a black friction surface PVC belt, supported by permanent adjustable leg supports that can be adjusted from 34" to 38" in height for added convenience. It operates at a standard belt speed of 60 feet per minute (FPM) with a totally enclosed 1/2 HP, 115/230V, 60 Hz single-phase motor, accompanied by an 8 ft. power cord and an on/off switch for 115V use. Key features include crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" diameter shafts, a 2-1/2" diameter snub roller, and 1.9" diameter return rollers equipped with pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. The conveyor has a load capacity of up to 250 lbs. uniformly distributed over the length for the standard 12" wide belt, while optional horsepower upgrades are available, allowing for increased capacity: 3/4 HP for 20" - 24" wide belts with a load capacity of 500 lbs., and 1 HP for 20" - 24" wide belts with a load capacity of 740 lbs. Reversible conveyors and replacement parts are also available upon request.
