The Omni Metalcraft power belt conveyor is shipped complete, including controls, and serves as a versatile solution for handling various products throughout your facility, making it ideal for assembly, sorting, and inspection tasks. The conveyor features a 3-1/2" D x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed with a black friction surface PVC belt, and it includes permanent adjustable leg supports that can be adjusted from 34" to 38" in height for added convenience. It operates at a standard speed of 60 FPM with a non-reversing belt powered by a totally enclosed 1/2 HP, 115/230V, 60 Hz single-phase motor, and comes with an 8 ft. power cord and on/off switch for 115V use. The conveyor is equipped with quality features including crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" diameter shafts, a 2-1/2" diameter snub roller, and 1.9" diameter return rollers, along with pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. Reversible conveyors and replacement parts are available upon request, and optional upgrades include a variable speed motor (12-60 FPM) for greater flexibility and horsepower upgrades to enhance capacity. The load capacity is specified as follows: for a 12" wide belt, the standard 1/2 HP can handle 250 lbs, the optional 3/4 HP can manage 500 lbs, and the 1 HP option can accommodate up to 740 lbs. For a 20" to 24" wide belt, the load capacities are 160 lbs for the standard 1/2 HP, 390 lbs for the optional 3/4 HP, and 450 lbs for the optional 1 HP.
