The Omni Metalcraft Power Belt Conveyor is shipped complete, including controls, and serves as a versatile solution for handling a variety of products throughout your facility, making it ideal for assembly, sorting, and inspection. The conveyor features a 3-1/2" D x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed with a black friction surface PVC belt. It comes with permanent adjustable leg supports that can be modified from 34" to 38" H for enhanced convenience. The standard belt speed is 60 FPM and is non-reversing, powered by a totally enclosed 1/2 HP motor that operates on 115/230V, 60 Hz single-phase electricity. The model includes an 8 ft. power cord and an on/off switch for 115V use. Key features comprise crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" diameter shafts, a 2-1/2" diameter snub roller, and 1.9" diameter return rollers, along with pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. Reversible conveyors and replacement parts are available upon request. Optional upgrades include a variable speed motor (12-60 FPM) for greater flexibility and horsepower enhancements that increase load capacity. The load capacity is 250 lbs. uniformly distributed for the standard 12"W belt with a 1/2 HP motor, 500 lbs. with a 3/4 HP motor, and 740 lbs. with a 1 HP motor. For the 20" - 24"W belt, the capacities are 160 lbs. for a 1/2 HP motor, 390 lbs. for a 3/4 HP motor, and 480 lbs. for a 1 HP motor.
