The Omni Metalcraft Power Belt Conveyor is shipped complete with controls and is designed for versatile product handling within various facility operations, including assembly, sorting, and inspection tasks. It features a 3-1/2"D x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed equipped with a black friction surface PVC belt. The conveyor includes permanent adjustable leg supports that can be modified from 34" to 38" in height for convenience. It operates at a standard speed of 60 FPM with a non-reversing belt mechanism, powered by a totally enclosed 1/2 HP motor that runs on 115/230V, 60 Hz single-phase electricity, and comes with an 8 ft. power cord and on/off switch for 115V applications. Key features consist of crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" diameter shafts, a 2-1/2" diameter snub roller, 1.9" diameter return rollers, and pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. The conveyor offers the option for a variable speed motor (12-60 FPM) upgrade for added flexibility, and optional horsepower upgrades are available to enhance capacity, with load capacities based on uniformly distributed weight along the belt length: 1/2 HP (standard) supports 250 lbs. on a 12"W belt and 160 lbs. on a 20"-24"W belt, 3/4 HP (optional) supports 500 lbs. on a 12"W belt and 390 lbs. on a 20"-24"W belt, and 1 HP (optional) supports 740 lbs. on a 12"W belt and 480 lbs. on a 20"-24"W belt.
