The Omni Metalcraft power belt conveyor features 6" high side rails and is shipped complete with controls, making it a versatile option for handling a variety of products in assembly, sorting, and inspection applications. The conveyor includes 6"H side rails to prevent cargo from falling during movement and a 3-1/2"D x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed with a black friction surface PVC belt. It boasts permanent adjustable leg supports that can be modified from 34" to 38" H for added convenience and operates at a standard belt speed of 60 FPM in a non-reversing mode. Powered by a totally enclosed 1/2 HP, 115/230V, 60 Hz single phase motor, it comes with an 8 ft. power cord and an on/off switch for 115V use. Key features include crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" dia. shafts, a 2-1/2" dia. snub roller, 1.9" dia. return rollers, and pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. The system offers options for a variable speed motor upgrade (12-60 FPM) and a horsepower upgrade for increased capacity. The load capacity is specified as uniformly distributed over length, with a standard 1/2 HP motor supporting up to 250 lbs. for a 12"W belt and 160 lbs. for a 20" - 24"W belt. Optional upgrades include a 3/4 HP motor for 500 lbs. on a 12"W belt and 390 lbs. on a 20" - 24"W belt, as well as a 1 HP motor.
