The Omni Metalcraft power belt conveyor is shipped complete, including controls, providing a versatile means of handling a variety of products throughout your facility, and is ideal for use in assembly, sorting, and inspection. It features a 3-1/2" D x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed with a black friction surface PVC belt, permanent adjustable leg supports that can be adjusted from 34" to 38" H, and a standard belt speed of 60 FPM, which is non-reversing. The conveyor is powered by a totally enclosed 1/2 HP motor that operates at 115/230V and 60 Hz in a single phase, and comes with an 8 ft. power cord and an on/off switch for 115V use. Key features include crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" dia. shafts, a 2-1/2" dia. snub roller, 1.9" dia. return rollers, and pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. Optional upgrades include a variable speed motor capable of 12-60 FPM for greater flexibility and horsepower upgrades to increase capacity. The load capacity, uniformly distributed over length, is as follows: standard 1/2 HP offers 250 lbs for a 12" W belt and 160 lbs for a 20" - 24" W belt; the optional 3/4 HP provides 500 lbs for a 12" W belt and 390 lbs for a 20" - 24" W belt; while the 1 HP option offers 740 lbs for a 12" W belt and 500 lbs for a 20" - 24" W belt. Reversible conveyors and replacement parts are also available.
