The Omni Metalcraft Power Belt Conveyor is shipped complete with controls and is designed for handling a variety of products within your facility, making it ideal for applications in assembly, sorting, and inspection. It features a 3-1/2"D x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed with a black friction surface PVC belt. The conveyor includes permanent adjustable leg supports that can be adjusted from 34" to 38" in height for added convenience. It operates at a standard belt speed of 60 FPM and is powered by a totally enclosed 1/2 HP, 115/230V, 60 Hz single-phase motor, complete with an 8 ft. power cord and an on/off switch for 115V use. Key features include crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" diameter shafts, a 2-1/2" diameter snub roller, 1.9" diameter return rollers, and pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. Optional features include a variable speed motor (12-60 FPM) for enhanced flexibility and an optional horsepower upgrade to increase capacity. The conveyor's load capacity (lbs. uniformly distributed over length) is as follows: for a 12"W belt with a 1/2 HP standard motor, the capacity is 250 lbs; with a 3/4 HP optional motor, it is 500 lbs; and with a 1 HP optional motor, it is 740 lbs. For a 20" - 24"W belt, the capacities are 160 lbs, 390 lbs, and 490 lbs for the respective horsepower options.
