The Omni Metalcraft Power Belt Conveyor features 6" high side rails and is shipped complete with all necessary controls, providing a versatile solution for handling various products within your facility. It is particularly suitable for assembly, sorting, and inspection tasks. The conveyor is equipped with a 3-1/2"D x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed, topped with a black friction surface PVC belt to enhance cargo stability. The conveyor comes with permanent adjustable leg supports that can be modified from 34" to 38" in height for convenience. It operates at a standard speed of 60 feet per minute with a non-reversing belt and is powered by a totally enclosed 1/2 HP motor, compatible with 115/230V, 60 Hz single-phase systems, and includes an 8 ft. power cord and on/off switch for 115V use. Key features include crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" shafts, a 2-1/2" diameter snub roller, and 1.9" diameter return rollers, all featuring pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings for durability. Reversible conveyors and replacement parts are available, while optional upgrades include a variable speed motor (12-60 FPM) for increased flexibility and horsepower options to enhance load capacity. The load capacity varies based on belt width, with the standard 1/2 HP option supporting 250 lbs. uniformly distributed over a 12" wide belt and 160 lbs. for the 20" - 24" wide belts, while optional horsepower upgrades allow for capacities of up to 500 lbs. and 390 lbs. respectively.
