It is designed to bore clean, fast holes in wood, plastic, plywood, and Formica. The bit features double wing spurs that reduce vibration, facilitating easy hole formation. Its patented cutting edge enhances the efficiency of wood boring compared to conventional models, and the cutting edge is engineered to remove chips quickly. The bit offers a 6 in. drilling depth and is compatible with a 1/4'' quick change hex shank, enabling use with all universal Quik Lok extensions, including a 12 in. extension (48-28-3350) for deeper drilling applications.
