The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments for tailored configuration. The shelving unit is constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway for structural security. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The kit includes a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking, measuring 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
