The SC Preferred™ 4 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, and the assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The unit features sturdy roll-formed steel framing with double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint to eliminate back and side sway. Each starter includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable in 1" increments. The decking is a stain-resistant and easy-to-clean melamine surface, measuring 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, finished in chip-resistant gray baked enamel with a white laminated surface.
