The SC Preferred® 5 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with laminate decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial applications to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing features 2" x 1", 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers, and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints to prevent back and side sway. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, and assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The laminate decking is stain resistant with a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish on the frame, and the melamine surface decking measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging in white/laminated. The open design allows four side access, providing maximum flexibility.
