SC Preferred pedestal files are constructed with 24-gauge steel for lasting durability, featuring a body and shelf thickness of 24 gauge, with each shelf holding up to 50 lbs. The file drawers keep important documents safe and secure with a cylinder lock and two keys. Adjustable leveling feet accommodate uneven surfaces, while recessed handles and full extension drawer glides ensure smooth pull out and closing actions. The file drawers include a hang rail for letter or legal sized filing. The file cabinet features a finished steel top that allows the unit to be used as a freestanding cabinet, with the steel top being removable for under desktop mounting. The package includes the pedestal file with these features and offers easy assembly. It is designed to be installed with other SC Preferred panels and connectors only, as brands are not interchangeable. The product comes with a 1 year limited warranty.
