The EZ2® base is constructed from 13 gauge steel, featuring 13 gauge steel formed U-channel reinforcements with a 4" wide x 3-1/2" deep cross section that spans the full length and width of the base. Each corner is bolstered by a welded steel 11 gauge gusset, enhancing the strength and rigidity of the structure. The base mechanism facilitates 90° indexing of the rotary file cabinet. Each EZ2® unit is fitted with (4) upright posts and dual durometer PVC closing strips. It is important to note that the cabinet base is sold separately from shelving and drawers.
