Omni Metalcraft powered belt curve conveyor powered turn belt curve conveyors are designed to transport products of various sizes and shapes while ensuring proper product orientation. The conveyor features a durable black PVC belt suitable for light-duty package handling industries and can withstand rough, abrasive environments. It is constructed with a 10 gauge rolled, welded, and painted steel frame and slider bed, providing robust support. The standard conveying speed is 60 (± 5) feet per minute (FPM) and is non-reversing, measured at the centerline radius. The unit includes permanent leg supports that adjust for a conveying surface height of 34" to 38". Additionally, it features tapered and lagged drive and tail pulleys, sealed and pre-lubricated mounted bearings, and a totally enclosed 115/230V, 60Hz single-phase motor with a 10 ft. power cord and an on/off switch for 115V use. The drive motor is strategically located at the discharge end to effectively pull products through the curve. An optional variable speed motor is available, offering speeds from 12 to 60 (± 5) FPM. Custom options for outside radii, belt widths, and voltages can be accommodated. The conveyor is available in a left-hand (counterclockwise) curve, with a right-hand (clockwise) curve also offered using the curve suffix (R).
