The Crown Verity 48"W Charbroiler propane charbroiler is constructed from 18 gauge type 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish, providing excellent corrosion resistance. It features a 14 gauge stainless steel radiant that stays in place during transportation and cleaning. The charbroiler is equipped with 15,000 BTU/hr stainless steel burners positioned every 5-3/4" to deliver an even heat pattern. A roll dome preheats the unit in less than 6 minutes, while stainless steel water pans with drain ports facilitate cleaning and reduce the risk of grease fires. The design includes stainless steel tank brackets to secure propane tanks (not included) and includes gas hoses and pressure regulators. It is easy to move on two locking swivel casters and two 14" diameter wheels. The overall dimensions are 28"D x 36"H, and the unit is NSF listed and fully assembled, backed by a 1 year limited warranty.
