The Axis Vertical Broiler - 4 Burner features all heavy-duty stainless steel AISI 304 construction for hygiene, with a unitized base that provides a strong and reliable professional appliance. This broiler is equipped with four burners shipped with gas orifices for both natural gas and LP gas, and the heating elements consist of infrared burners that can be operated individually. An electric motor is positioned at the top of the unit away from any fats, and if the flame extinguishes, the thermo-elements will cut any gas flow. The broiler includes individual burner controls and removable drip trays. Additionally, the unique E-Z Slide dual-rail system allows the operator to broil meats closer or further from the heat source, as well as at an angle. A 120 volt cord and plug is required for motor rotation. The unit is ETL and NSF approved, and it comes with a warranty of one year for parts and labor.
