The kit includes a powerful 17,000 BTU/hr burner in each 6" broiler section, equipped with wide range manual gas valves for precise zone control. It features an all-welded chassis made from stainless steel, incorporating stainless steel sides, a control panel, top trim, backsplash, grease trough, and drip tray for enhanced durability and ease of cleaning. The burner dividers are designed to minimize heat transfer, allowing for multi-zone cooking, with one 17,000 BTU/hr burner dedicated to each broiler grate. Additionally, the kit includes heavy-duty cast iron char-radiants and five 14" wide cast iron diamond grates, ensuring excellent heat retention and cooking performance. The package also features 4" adjustable legs for customizable height and a 34" rear gas connection with a gas pressure regulator for easy installation.
