The Axis Vertical Broiler - 3 Burner features all heavy-duty stainless steel AISI 304 construction for hygiene, and its unitized base provides a strong and reliable professional appliance. The broilers are shipped with gas orifices for both natural gas and LP gas, while the heating elements consist of infrared burners that can be operated individually. An electric motor positioned at the top of the unit ensures it is away from any fats, and if the flame extinguishes, the thermo-elements will cut any gas flow. Individual burner controls and removable drip trays are included, along with a unique E-Z Slide dual-rail system that allows the operator to broil meats closer or further from the heat source and at various angles. A 120-volt cord and plug are required for motor rotation. Additionally, the unit is ETL and NSF approved. The warranty covers one year for parts and labor.
