Modine steam & hot water horizontal unit heaters are designed for general commercial and industrial applications, featuring a Modine 33,000 BTU steam & hot water unit heater that is particularly effective in heating buildings with large open areas and low ceilings. These heaters are ideal for countering heat loss along outside building walls, especially in areas with windows. The design includes top/bottom inlet/outlet piping for quick and cost-effective installation, while the steel housing is treated for corrosion resistance and finished with a baked-on powder coat. The unit features a totally-enclosed 1/25 HP motor with thermal overload protection for extended durability, adjustable horizontal louvers for directing airflow, a Venturi fan-shroud to minimize noise, and a built-in safety guard protecting from exposed fans. Additionally, there is an electrical junction box for easy electrical connections. Installation must be performed by a licensed contractor. This product is ETL listed, made in the U.S.A., and comes with a 1-year limited warranty.
