The Gravity Flow Racks Starter Rack is designed to enhance productivity and workflow by facilitating easier access. The kit includes four levels, vertical upright frames, and sway braces, with the levels easily bolting together for seamless assembly. Each level has four hanging clips for convenient height adjustments, while the smooth front beams allow for sticker labels for identification. The Kenrail roller tracks are constructed from 22 gauge inverted galvanized steel channel and feature 7/8" diameter rollers on 1-1/2" centers, ensuring smooth operation. The 22 gauge roll-formed galvanized steel guide rails can be adjusted on inch increments for lane modifications. The uprights are made from 11 gauge formed steel, with slots for shelf adjustments, and the 16 gauge steel sway braces provide additional rigidity. Each shelf frame supports a load capacity of 25 lb. per square foot. The 96W models come equipped with 14 Kenrail roller tracks and 6 guide rails per level. Add-on units feature one less upright frame for straightforward attachment to the starter rack.
