QuikPik® Gravity Flow Racks add-on rack is designed to enhance productivity and workflow by facilitating easy reach. The kit includes four levels, vertical upright frames, and sway braces, with knockdown levels that easily bolt together. Each level features four hanging clips for height adjustments, while smooth front beams accommodate sticker labels for identification. The KenRail roller tracks are constructed from 22 gauge inverted galvanized steel channel and feature 7/8" diameter rollers on 1-1/2" centers. The 22 gauge roll formed galvanized steel guide rails can be adjusted in 1" increments for lane adjustments. The 11 gauge formed steel uprights include slots for shelf adjustment, and the 16 gauge steel sway braces provide rigidity. The shelf frames have a load capacity of 25 lb. per square foot, and the 96W models come equipped with 14 KenRail roller tracks and 6 guide rails per level. The add-on units include one less upright frame to facilitate easy attachment to a starter rack.
