The Gravity Flow Racks Add-On Rack enhances productivity and workflow by improving ease of reach, featuring knockdown levels that easily bolt together. Each add-on includes 4 hanging clips per level for convenient height adjustments and smooth front beams that accept sticker labels for identification. The Kenrail roller tracks are constructed with 22 gauge inverted galvanized steel channel and incorporate 7/8" diameter rollers on 1-1/2" centers. The 22 gauge roll-formed galvanized steel guide rails can be adjusted in 1" increments for lane adjustments. The system includes 4 levels, vertical upright frames, and sway braces, with 11 gauge formed steel uprights featuring slots for shelf adjustments, and 16 gauge steel sway braces for enhanced rigidity. The shelf frames boast a 25 lb. per square foot load capacity, and the 96W models come equipped with 14 Kenrail roller tracks and 6 guide rails per level. Add-on units are designed to include one less upright frame for easy attachment to the starter rack.
