The SC Preferred™ LCD mobile console computer cabinet in black is designed for optimum ergonomic viewing to increase productivity, featuring a convenient sloped display that reduces neck strain and glare. It includes two types of monitor mounts supporting LCD monitors up to 21" diagonal: a VESA mount monitor bracket and adjustable channel-formed arms. The locking monitor compartment has a break-resistant acrylic window measuring 18-1/2"W x 16-1/2"H, framed in heavy-duty steel, with a removable window panel for easy access to touch screen monitors. A 6-1/2" ledge provides additional work surface. The locking keyboard drawer and height-adjustable printer shelf both extend fully on steel ball bearing suspensions. The lower compartment features front and rear doors, and cable management openings are present throughout. All locks are keyed alike for security, preventing unauthorized access and vandalism. Rear panels are louvered for heat regulation. The unit moves on 5" diameter swivel casters, two of which lock. It has a black powder coat finish and an optional fan with a 5'L power cord to reduce heat buildup, recommended for each upper, lower, and side car cabinet. The upper frame consists of 24 gauge panels with a 19 gauge sliding keyboard/mouse tray, while the lower frame consists of 23 gauge doors and door frames, 23 gauge side and bottom panels, and 20 gauge drawer thickness. Optional accessories such as side shelves, a CPU side car cabinet, a fan, and a sliding mouse tray are sold separately. Assembly is easy.
