The SC Preferred™ LCD mobile console computer cabinet in blue is designed for optimum ergonomic viewing to help increase productivity, featuring a convenient sloped display that reduces neck strain and glare for clear monitor viewing. It includes two types of monitor mounts supporting LCD monitors up to 21" diagonal and 3-1/2" thick, with a VESA mount monitor bracket and adjustable channel-formed arms to hold the monitor frame. The locking monitor compartment has a break-resistant 18-1/2"W x 16-1/2"H acrylic window framed in heavy-duty steel, which is removable for easy access to touch screen monitors. A 6-1/2" ledge provides additional work surface, while the locking keyboard drawer and height-adjustable printer shelf extend fully on steel ball bearing suspensions. The lower compartment features front and rear doors, with cable management openings throughout. All locks are keyed alike to limit access and prevent theft and vandalism, and rear panels are louvered to regulate heat. The unit moves on 5" diameter swivel casters, two of which are locking, and has a blue powder coat finish. An optional fan with a 5' power cord is available to reduce heat buildup; one fan may be ordered per upper, lower, and side car cabinet. The upper frame consists of 24 gauge panels and a 19 gauge sliding keyboard/mouse tray, while the lower frame includes 23 gauge doors and door frames, 23 gauge side and bottom panels, and a 20 gauge drawer thickness. Optional accessories such as side shelves, CPU side car cabinet, fan, and sliding mouse tray are sold separately. The unit’s dimensions are 24-1/2"W x 22-1/2"D x 22-1/8"H for the upper compartment, 20-3/4"W x 21"D x 23-1/4"H for the lower interior compartment, 19-1/2"W x 17-3/4"D x 2-1/4"H for the locking slide-out keyboard drawer, 18-1/2"W x 16-1/2"H for the acrylic window, and 24-1/2"W x 22-1/2"D x 55-1/2"H overall.
