The Interlake Mecalux welded pallet rack tear drop upright frame is designed for versatility in warehouses accommodating a wide range of product types and offers direct access to each pallet, simplifying stock management and adapting to various product volumes, weights, and sizes. Constructed from high-strength 14-gauge steel and other quality raw materials, these pre-assembled frames enable easy customer set-up. The teardrop 3' x 3' roll-formed column design facilitates shelf adjustments in 2" increments, while side perforations are included for accessory usage, such as row spacers and column protectors. The structure features welded horizontal and diagonal bracing for maximum strength and rigidity, and the frames can be securely anchored to the ground using footplates welded to the bottom of the upright frame posts. Additionally, Interlake Mecalux tear drop pallet rack beams can be purchased separately for custom racking units, and these frames are interchangeable with brands including Global, Wireway/Husky, Unarco, Steel King, USP, Speed Rack, and Invincible. The capacity is based on 36" beam shelf spacing, and the frames are Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI) certified.
