The Interlake Mecalux assembled tear drop bolted pallet rack upright frame is designed for versatility in warehouses with diverse product types. Constructed from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, this bolted pallet racking system offers direct access to each pallet for straightforward stock management and adaptation to varying product volumes, weights, and sizes. The pre-assembled frames facilitate easy customer setup, while the flexible configuration allows for modifications based on new requirements. The frames are painted blue using a cataphoresis process, ensuring an even coat and corrosion resistance. Side perforations are incorporated for the fitting of struts and accessories, and the teardrop frame design permits shelf adjustments in 2" increments. The bolt connections feature grade 5 zinc-plated bolts, with limited thread bolts that prevent over-tightening, and nuts equipped with a serrated flange for secure fastening without maintenance. Standard pre-punched footplates simplify anchoring, and repairs can be conducted economically by replacing only the damaged component, ensuring quick and efficient maintenance. Additionally, these upright frames are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI), ensuring compliance with industry standards.
