The Interlake Mecalux assembled tear drop bolted pallet rack upright frame provides versatility for warehouses with diverse product types. Manufactured from high-strength steel and quality materials, this bolted pallet racking offers direct access to each pallet, simplified stock management, and adaptability to various product volumes, weights, and sizes. The frames come pre-assembled for easy customer setup and feature flexible configurations that can be modified to meet new requirements. Painted in blue using a cataphoresis process, the frames ensure an even coat and corrosion resistance. Side perforations accommodate struts and accessories, while the teardrop frame design allows for shelf adjustments in 2-inch increments. The bolt connections are grade 5 and zinc plated, with limited thread bolts to prevent over-tightening and nuts with serrated flanges that remain securely fastened without maintenance. Standard, pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring, and repairs are economical, as only damaged components need replacement, which can be done quickly and easily. The frames are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI).
