The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty channel boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage space with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components and sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support. The shelving includes 96"W double rivet channel beams for extra support and front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit contains rugged 2" x 1" 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and wire decking provide ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and allow sprinkler water to pass through easily, enhancing fire safety. The wire mesh ships in two pieces.
