The SC Preferred 3 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial applications. It features durable, open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments to accommodate various heights, widths, and depths, providing maximum flexibility with four side access. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into the corner posts forming a structurally secure joint to eliminate back and side sway. The wire decking enhances ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while allowing sprinkler water to pass throughout racks to improve fire safety. The shelving unit has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and offers easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
