The SC Preferred 3 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level, making it durable and adaptable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing flexible configuration to accommodate varying storage needs. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into the corner posts forming structurally secure joints to eliminate back and side sway, and wire decking that provides ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and allows sprinkler water to flow throughout for enhanced fire safety. The shelving is finished with a chip resistant gray baked enamel and offers easy assembly without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips, as it uses snap-in components and double rivet button stud construction. It comes in various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every facility layout and is suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial applications.
