The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams adjustable at 1" increments, 96"W double rivet channel beams for extra support, and wire mesh decking shipped in two pieces. The open shelves provide four-side access and adjustability at 1" increments. The shelving features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and a snap-in assembly requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing, front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation, and double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts create a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. The wire decking enhances ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and allows sprinkler water to pass through easily, improving fire safety.
