The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage space with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It is durable and adaptable for retail, industrial, and commercial environments, featuring open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway, and sturdy 5/8" thick precut particleboard decking shipped in two pieces. The boltless design allows easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing includes front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and its open design permits four-sided access for maximum flexibility.
