The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf, heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving is easy to assemble with no bolts, nuts, or clips required, utilizing snap-in components. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints and eliminating back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and features sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking that ships in two pieces, providing a cost-effective solid surface.
