The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial applications, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, and sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking with a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments to fit various heights, widths, and depths for nearly any facility space, while the open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy and tool-free with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, and the double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway.
