The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty channel boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces and features durable, adaptable storage with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments for customized organization. The shelving includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts via double rivet button stud construction, providing a structurally secure joint that prevents back and side sway. The front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, and the 96"W double rivet channel beams offer extra support. Assembly is easy, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components for quick setup and simple expansion by joining add-on units with more stability than bolted starter units. The package includes three shelves with sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick chip-resistant particleboard in two pieces as solid decking, finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel coating.
