The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty channel boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level and features durable, adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and the unit includes 96"W double rivet channel beams for extra support. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving provides four side access for maximum flexibility and allows easy expansion by joining units together with more stability and less construction compared to bolting two starter units. The shelving is constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically on 1" increments. The finish is chip resistant gray baked enamel, and the sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard provides a cost-effective solid decking; particle board ships in two pieces.
