The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty channel boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, and the system includes 96"W double rivet channel beams for extra support. Assembly is easy with no bolts, nuts, or clips required, employing snap-in components. The shelving’s sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form structurally secure joints, eliminating back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. The sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking provides a cost-effective solid surface; the particleboard ships in two pieces.
