The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial storage applications, offering a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features sturdy 2" x 1" 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers, and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The open shelves provide four-side access and are adjustable in 1" increments, allowing for adaptable storage configurations. The kit includes snap-in components that require no bolts, nuts, or clips for easy assembly. The unit utilizes durable roll-formed steel framing with double rivet button stud construction, securing perimeter beams to corner posts to eliminate back and side sway and ensure structural stability. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel, and the shelves are equipped with smooth, sturdy precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking, providing cost-effective solid support.
