The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty channel boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces. It supports a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level and features durable, adaptable construction with open shelves adjustable in 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that provide extra support with 96"W double rivet channel beams. The open design offers four side access for maximum flexibility, and the sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports prevents beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post to form a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The particleboard decking is sturdy, smooth, 5/8" thick, chip-resistant, finished in gray baked enamel, and ships in two pieces. Warranty terms apply as provided by the manufacturer.
