The kit includes 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, and 96"W double rivet channel beams for extra support. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, and the sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard provides solid decking, shipped in two pieces. The shelving features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and uses roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway for structural integrity. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, and various heights, widths, and depths are available to accommodate nearly every facility area.
