The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, with open shelves adjustable in 1" increments for adaptable storage. The open design provides four-side access for maximum flexibility, and the sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support through double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. The package features an easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelves are finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel coating, and the wood decking consists of sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard for cost-effective solid decking.
