The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf, heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The open design allows four side access, providing maximum flexibility, and the easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides robust support through double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights that are punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish ensures durability, while the sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard offers a cost-effective solid decking.
