The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for flexible configuration. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts via double rivet button studs, eliminating back and side sway for structural security. The assembly is easy and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing is finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel coating. The shelving includes sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking that provides a cost-effective solid surface.
