The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial applications, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. Open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and feature a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish. The sturdy precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking offers a cost-effective solid surface. The open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts to form a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway.
