The SC Preferred 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams for vertical adjustment, all with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, and wire decking enhances ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water flow to improve fire safety. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
