The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility and easy assembly with snap-in components that require no bolts, nuts, or clips. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The shelves feature a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and wire decking for ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, allowing sprinkler water to pass throughout racks easily, which improves fire safety.
