The 48"W x 24"D x 84"H SC Preferred 5-shelf extra-heavy-duty boltless shelving starter kit includes uprights, five wire shelf decks, and all necessary hardware, designed for retail, commercial, office, and industrial storage applications. The wire shelves provide a strong surface with a 1500 lbs. maximum payload capacity per shelf, promote airflow, and prevent dust build-up while allowing water from overhead sprinklers to penetrate more easily in the event of a fire. The unit features an open design for four-sided access and visibility to facilitate inventory control. It is constructed with sturdy 2-1/4" x 1-1/2" 14-gauge roll-formed steel uprights and double rivet button studs that lock the perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Shelves adjust at 1-1/2" increments without tools, and the entire shelving system assembles easily using tool-free snap-in components that do not require nuts, bolts, or clips. The finish is a gray chip-resistant baked enamel. Assembly is required. The product comes with a limited 1-year warranty.
