The Imperial High Density Shelving Single Sided Add-On Unit features six shelf openings and provides a versatile storage solution suitable for any office environment. This uniquely designed shelving system saves up to 60% of floor space compared to conventional filing equipment, making it ideal for tab filing to enhance visibility and accessibility by keeping files upright and organized. Constructed from durable steel, the shelving is both attractive for front office use and rugged enough for warehouses or storage rooms. It features double-walled T-post uprights with welded steel panels, steel shoulder rivets, and shelf supports, offering a shelf capacity of up to 400 lb. The steel shelves are height adjustable in 1-1/2" increments and include five large adjustable dividers (10-1/2"D x 7-1/2"H each) that can be positioned along the backstop at 2" increments to maintain folder uprightness. Each shelf is equipped with a backstop to retain files and comes with non-marring molded polyethylene floor caps to protect floors and carpets. The add-on units easily connect to starter or other add-on units, facilitating the creation of rows or aisles of shelving with just one pair of uprights and one side panel for installation, which also helps reduce costs. The unit features a sand enamel finish and is designed for easy assembly.
